Shipping

Where does PrettyFit ship to?

We ship directly to USA residents only and internationally under special circumstances and/or for large orders. Live outside the USA? PrettyFit products are also available on Bodybuilding.com and LuckyVitamin. Both serve a large amount of international locations.

Does PrettyFit ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes we do!

What is PrettyFit's International Shipping Policy?

We work with the United States Postal Service for all international shipments. We offer First Class and Priority International mail services from USPS. Please note that estimated arrival is based on the day we ship your order and not the date you place the order. If you place an order on an evening, weekend, holiday, or time when we are out of the office, we will not be able to ship the package until our next open business day. Please note that all prices are in US Dollars and they do not include any duties, import taxes, value-added taxes, brokerage fees, or other fees that may be billed by your local Customs office. Any additional fees charged by your country are separate from any shipping fees and are completely separate from your transaction with us. Because every country is different, we strongly encourage you to become familiar with your country’s laws about ordering products like ours from the United States. Please contact your local customs office to learn about import regulations before placing your order. Not knowing the regulations may result in your order having high import duties, being delayed, or even returned. Please note that we are not liable for, and no refunds will be issued, for an order that is refused or abandoned by the recipient, an order that is not delivered due to an error in the address given to us, or an order that is refused or seized by your local Customs. Approved countries: We are not able to ship to all countries, territories, and nations. If you do not see your country listed, please contact us and we will see if we can add you to our list of approved countries.

How long does delivery take?

PrettyFit packages typically arrive within 4-8 business days (after your pack ships) in the continental US. Add a few more days if you live in Hawaii or Alaska.

Where do my PrettyFit products ship from?

PrettyFit products are shipped from our North Carolina warehouse.

How do I track my package

You should receive tracking info as soon as your order ships out in your confirmation. If you do not receive this information within 3-5 business days, please contact info@imprettyfit.com.

What shipping method do you use for my PrettyFit products?

PrettyFit packages are typically delivered by the USPS. Packages under 1lb will be shipped USPS First Class. Packages over 1lb will be shipped via US Priority Mail or a comparable service.

Changing my address and forwarding shipments

Changing your shipping address is easy, simply login to your account and update your shipping address, or email us at info@imprettyfit.com and we’d be happy to take care of it for you. If you move or need to change your shipping address for any reason, make sure you change your shipping address with us before your next package is shipped. We ship your pack to the address you have on file with us and are not responsible for any forwarding costs you may incur if you have your mail forwarded.

One of the products I ordered arrived damaged, what do I do?

What if I don't love my PrettyFit product?

We hope you love every PrettyFit package we send you, but if you don’t, no worries at all. We offer a 30 Day 100% Money Back Guarantee on all products. Please note that returns will be processed within 5-7 business days depending on your bank. Simply contact info@imprettyfit.com for return instructions.

How long does it take for returns to be processed?

Depending on your bank and credit card, returns can take up to 5-7 days to process once they are received back at our warehouse.
